Description: Complex applications in domains such as decision analysis and real time systems require a database that supports active enforcement of constraints with temporal aspects. In this paper we present a temporal active language for the support of constraints in temporal active databases. The language primitives are presented using examples and an EBNF, followed by a discussion of the language properties.
